My mentor Jason and I wanted to show the central theme of each novel by highlighting the main characters from each Star Wars story. My goal was to stray away from the 1970’s feel and push the boundary to hit the modern target audience. The three covers show the audience a sneak peak of who the characters are and what might happen. As for the back cover design, they are similar in format which highlights a main point from the novel and the tidbits of information at the bottom. The interior pages of the novels carry out the same design of simplicity and easy.
